Water Transportation Challenges – What Would You Do?

What would you do if you were thirsty?

What would you do if you had to walk miles everyday for water?

What would you do if the only thing you had to carry it in was an old gas?

What would you do if you knew that water might make your children sick?

Hundreds of millions of women face these same challenges everyday. What would you do when providing for your family is the only thing that matters? You would wake up in the morning, secure your baby in a sling and walk five miles to a well with the other women in your village. There is a chance the well might be dried up which means you must continue walking. The walk seems easy at first. You carry a large bucket you found in the dump. On the way home your mood shifts. Every step is a 45 pound struggle with that bucket resting carefully atop your head.
